Return & Exchange Policy

We always ensure that every item is in the best condition before we serve it to our valued customers.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.


RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after 30 days will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.


ELIGIBILITY:

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • You must provide your order number and a clear unboxing video or supporting video showing the issue.
  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, an equivalent gift credit will be issued once the return is approved.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please send us an email at brooks@sriphils.com with your order number and details of the issue.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

  • To process your return, contact brooks@sriphils.com and provide the following information:
    1. Order Number
    2. Date Ordered
    3. Customer Name
    4. Contact Number
    5. Email Address
    6. Item to be returned
    7. Reason for return
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Place it in a sturdy shipping box and remove or cover any old shipping labels or barcodes.
  • Ship the package to the address provided above.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will evaluate the item and update you on the status of your request.

HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND:

  • The validity of refund requests will be at the sole discretion of Brooks Running PH.
  • All refunds for online transactions will be processed online.
  • Online store vouchers can only be used on the Brooks Website and not in the physical store.
